TL;DR
Director of Delivery (Delivery Management): Overseeing end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns and projects with an accent on operational efficiency, resource management, and financial oversight. Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all project stages.
- Establish and maintain scalable delivery frameworks, processes, and standards for diverse client engagements.
- Manage resource forecasting and capacity planning in collaboration with department leads to optimize throughput.
- Partner with Finance and Account Management to ensure accurate scoping, budget tracking, and project profitability.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges, resolving issues while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team while advocating for sustainable workloads.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in delivery, project management, or operations within an agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, integrated delivery operations across multiple disciplines.
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, burn tracking, and SOW development.
- Exceptional resource planning skills using industry-standard tools like Workfront or Smartsheet.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work in a hybrid environment (4 days/week in office).
