Salary: $74,000 - $100,000 (CAD)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies for AI/automation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of product, engineering, data, security, and privacy specialists to deliver milestones.
• Operationalize and scale AI solutions, with a specific focus on agent-driven workflows.
• Align stakeholders on goals, success measures, and capability requirements.
• Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and ways of working within the Centre of Excellence.
• Provide clear reporting and proactive risk escalation to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital product delivery and/or progressive project management.
• 5+ years of experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
• Proven success delivering AI solutions, including automation-driven or agent-based use cases.
• Technical understanding of delivery dependencies and scaling for AI and agent-based systems.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot, Power Automate) and AWS Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Must be eligible for Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B), including residency and citizenship requirements.
