What you will do
- Win new business and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US and global markets.
- Drive strategic opportunities at the divisional or global level by engaging with C-level executives.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sales processes, including proposal creation, contract negotiations, and legal reviews.
- Manage and execute RFI/RFP response processes to win new contracts.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities for product implementation.
- Develop deep relationships with existing clients to identify strategic expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful complex enterprise sales experience with a track record of consistent quota achievement.
- 10+ years of experience within the InsurTech ecosystem or insurance distribution.
- Proven history of winning individual deals with $1m+ ARR value.
- Established professional network and strong relationships with C-Level executives at top 100 US agencies, brokers, MGAs, and MGUs.
- Ability to articulate ROI at all organizational levels and conduct thorough requirements gathering for custom software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms.
