hirify.global is an insurance technology company providing a data-driven software platform that enables insurance brokers, agencies, MGAs, and coverholders to manage the entire policy lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Win new business and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US and global markets.
  • Drive strategic opportunities at the divisional or global level by engaging with C-level executives.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sales processes, including proposal creation, contract negotiations, and legal reviews.
  • Manage and execute RFI/RFP response processes to win new contracts.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities for product implementation.
  • Develop deep relationships with existing clients to identify strategic expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful complex enterprise sales experience with a track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • 10+ years of experience within the InsurTech ecosystem or insurance distribution.
  • Proven history of winning individual deals with $1m+ ARR value.
  • Established professional network and strong relationships with C-Level executives at top 100 US agencies, brokers, MGAs, and MGUs.
  • Ability to articulate ROI at all organizational levels and conduct thorough requirements gathering for custom software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms.

  • Experience working in a scale-up environment.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
