Location: Must be based in the United States. This role requires 50%+ travel for partner meetings and industry events.
Salary: $166,000 - $221,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute comprehensive insurance channel strategies across carriers, MGAs, and insurtech partners.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with carrier stakeholders in underwriting, loss control, and innovation.
- Drive revenue through channel-attributed opportunities, including carrier-sponsored programs and preferred vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to create insurance-specific messaging and training collateral.
- Design and optimize partner programs, including co-marketing, co-selling, and pilot initiatives.
- Monitor insurance industry trends and regulatory considerations to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in commercial auto insurance, telematics, IoT, or insurtech ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships.
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Smartsheet.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time within the United States.
