What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.
• Maintain data integrity within HRIS and payroll systems through timely updates and audits.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to managers and staff.
• Develop and deliver monthly HR management information reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Analyze employee data to provide insights and support stakeholder requests.
• Map, document, and maintain a library of operational HR processes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in HR generalist, operations, or coordination roles.
• Working knowledge of People Systems and HRIS.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerBI.
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
