What you will do

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS platforms with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage employment documentation, including contracts, personnel files, and policy acknowledgments.
• Coordinate statutory obligations and labor law compliance in collaboration with legal and payroll partners.
• Support monthly payroll cycles by preparing and validating payroll inputs and leave records.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Personnel Affairs.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and statutory notification processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
