What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with C-level executives to position the bank as the primary banking partner.
• Lead virtual client teams in close cooperation with Risk Management and Product Specialists locally and internationally.
• Pitch, originate, and execute new transactions for large Belgian and international corporates.
• Manage a portfolio of clients within the food, agricultural, and commodities sectors.
• Coach junior colleagues in their professional development and foster a strong team spirit.
• Participate in broader sector initiatives and local Wholesale Banking Belgium projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, management, law, or a comparable field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking and client management.
• Proven track record in corporate banking, specifically in deal origination and structuring.
• Strong understanding of Debt Structuring, Financial Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
• Ability to work autonomously and perform under pressure in a collaborative environment.
