HR Generalist Paid Internship (Compensation & L&D)

What you will do

• Support compensation activities through data analysis, reporting, and job description reviews.
• Coordinate L&D sessions, track attendance, and maintain the internal learning library content.
• Review and improve HR content and documentation on SharePoint to ensure consistency and quality.
• Create HR reports using Excel and internal data management systems.
• Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks and various project work.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid).
