What you will do

  • Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations for regional leadership.
  • Coordinate and track regional HR projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items through to completion.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of office attendance initiatives.
  • Provide general HR administrative support for activities outside specialist functions like Payroll or Recruitment.
  • Act as a central coordination point for ad hoc HR requests across the regional function.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR coordination, HR operations, HR analytics, or project support.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience handling HR data and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in London, UK.
