What you will do
- Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop driver-based financial models supporting revenue, ARR, cloud growth, and profitability.
- Partner with senior business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Support annual sales planning, including territory modeling, quota setting, and commission payouts.
- Deliver KPI dashboards and financial reviews for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional accounting qualification in Finance or related discipline.
- 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within the technology or ERP sector.
- Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership Teams and senior finance leaders.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Bracknell office on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Extensive experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Anaplan.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, and related BI reporting tools.
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis and forecasting.
