TL;DR
TechOps IT Analyst (AI): Serving as the primary IT point of contact for Iberia and Italy with an accent on bridging local needs with global IT strategy. Focus on driving AI adoption, managing tactical projects, and ensuring operational excellence across regional infrastructure and applications.
Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid work environment).

What you will do
- Act as the primary IT ambassador for Iberia, Italy, and the broader EMEA region.
- Align local IT initiatives with global business strategies to drive standardization.
- Champion AI adoption and digital enablement across regional affiliates.
- Manage the full lifecycle of tactical IT projects and local applications.
- Oversee IT operations including user on/off-boarding, asset management, and budget coordination.
- Manage local IT vendors and ensure service level agreements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of technology experience with a track record of managing complex deliverables.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects independently.
- Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
- Experience with generative AI or low-code automation.
- Understanding of commercial technologies like CRM, marketing automation, and sales analytics.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience in the Animal Health, Pharmaceutical, or fast-paced retail industries.
