What you will do

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for software and hardware across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Manage end-user onboarding and offboarding processes for all hirify.global entities.
• Support office technology including wired/wireless networks, AV streaming, and conferencing systems like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Deliver white-glove IT support for executives and during corporate marketing events.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT asset management from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and security audits.

Requirements

• Must be local to Seville or Madrid with ability to travel as needed.
• Minimum 2 years of macOS & iOS support experience in a corporate environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Windows 10/11 support experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration (Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of data security and SOX compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset management tools and processes.
• Background in supporting senior executive levels.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting.
• Experience with ISO audit preparation and remediation.
