What you will do
- Serve as the technical owner and SME for Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, and Okta.
- Develop and communicate platform roadmaps, governance standards, and long-term strategies.
- Lead the rollout and organizational training of AI-powered technologies including Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, and Atlassian Rovo.
- Own platform health, integrations, lifecycle management, and licensing to ensure operational excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Security, HR, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Drive workflow automation and operational improvements through scripting and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Enterprise Applications Administration, or SaaS Platform Management.
- Deep hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.
- Experience owning application strategy, roadmaps, governance, and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to lead AI enablement initiatives, including user training and change management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills for global teams.
- Must be based in Spain, Ireland, Portugal, or the UK.
