What you will do

• Monitor internal and customer IT environments, software systems, and services to ensure stability.
• Administer Active Directory infrastructure, including user/group management and Group Policy.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including SSO and MFA.
• Provide technical support to end-users and service desk agents to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain computer networks, hardware, and software configurations across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement security and compliance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience in system administration.
• Practical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, cloud-based solutions, and computer networks.
• Proficiency in standard office application software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational team.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Madrid
