What you will do

• Optimize Pardot and Salesforce integrations, including segmentation, scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows.
• Implement and audit new tools across the GTM tech stack to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Build scalable campaign execution frameworks and provide SDRs with necessary assets and briefs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline performance, and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to align funnel goals.
• Leverage AI tools to automate manual execution and accelerate troubleshooting within marketing operations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on expertise with MAPs (Pardot or Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Experience operationalizing account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or highly technical B2B enterprise markets.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate marketing workflows.
