What you will do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and events across the Americas.
• Support email marketing, landing page creation, and content localization.
• Manage project timelines, marketing assets, and campaign documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for digital campaigns and content.
• Track campaign results and provide performance analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or event support.
• Fluent in English and either French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Workfront, or Google Analytics.
