What you will do

• Lead the full people agenda for Morocco and Switzerland, including workforce planning and organizational changes.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll validation, employee administration, and HRIS data quality.
• Manage complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws.
• Drive global performance management frameworks, including review cycles, succession planning, and manager enablement.
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable insights through HR metrics and workforce data analysis.
• Support the transition of transactional HR activities into Shared Services and implement AI-enabled HR workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or senior leadership within international matrixed organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan and Swiss labour law is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Proven expertise in complex case management and employee relations.
• Strong operational background in payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Casablanca.
