Compensation Range: £49,200 base with on target earnings at £82,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to deliver solutions that increase end-user satisfaction and hirify.global solution adoption.
• Own post-sales success outcomes: loyalty, renewals, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts across assigned customer organizations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create customer enablement approaches (training, education, empowerment).
• Engage externally with customers and third-party reseller partners to meet the needs of both.
• Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote UK)
• 2+ years of experience in customer/partner success, account management, or partner/direct sales (ideally for mid-market and below).
• Strong experience in SaaS, preferably in the cyber-security industry.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with both customers and partners.
• Strong bias to action with efficient, effective execution.
