Salary: £73,800 base with on target earnings at £123,000 plus equity

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to deliver solutions that increase end-user satisfaction and hirify.global adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction goals in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Develop creative customer engagement approaches, including training, education, and empowerment.
  • Work externally with both customers and third-party reseller partners to meet shared needs.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales (ideally mid-market and below).
  • Strong experience in SaaS, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with both customers and partners.
  • Strong bias to action and efficient execution.
