What you will do

• Own global pricing frameworks, guardrails, and deal support mechanisms.
• Develop and manage a centralized system for synthesizing internal and external pricing data.
• Support complex strategic deal pricing and provide executive-level decision support.
• Lead the development of value-based selling tools and CPQ workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align pricing with market realities.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of commercial acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or deal support.
• Strong background in financial modeling and commercial decision support.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with BESS or renewable energy project economics.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or coding (Python, SQL).
• Familiarity with vendor pricing, procurement, or cost benchmarking.
