What you will do

• Manage month-end close across multiple entities and approve accounting journals for payroll, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and mentor a team of six accountants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management variance analysis.
• Lead key accounting processes including treasury, IFRS16 leases, payroll, and R&D capitalization.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance teams on financial initiatives.
• Support VAT reporting in EMEA and facilitate statutory audits and tax requirements.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with internal controls and maintaining strong financial governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
