Senior Accountant

hirify.global is hiring for its Finance & Accounting function supporting international accounting operations.

What you will do

• Prepare journal entries, supporting documentation, account reviews, accruals, expenses, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounting processes including payroll, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with VAT return preparation and filing for international operations.
• Lead and support audit preparation, coordinate with auditors, and respond to audit queries.
• Perform global payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support AR, AP, Treasury, and FP&A while improving accounting policies, controls, procedures, forecasts, and reports.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CPA accounting qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant general accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and other accounting tools.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
