Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert in change management to guide customers through tool and policy adoption.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve account ramp-up goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the onboarding process.
• Ensure accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized based on client and business needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to align implementation projects and timelines.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Account Manager, or SDR.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a SaaS implementation role.
• Experience in project management.
