TL;DR
Implementation Specialist (SaaS): Managing the onboarding and launch of new clients for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on change management and project execution. Focus on developing tailored implementation plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high user adoption of the platform.
Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in change management to guide customers through tool and policy adoption.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve account ramp-up goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the onboarding process.
- Ensure accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized based on client and business needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to align implementation projects and timelines.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Account Manager, or SDR.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a SaaS implementation role.
- Experience in project management.
