What you will do

• Lead implementation projects, aligning client needs with platform capabilities to drive value and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from the point of sale through to final deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives to provide guidance on best practices for configuration.
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis to minimize delays.
• Analyze operational data to scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Implementation Manager or Onboarding Specialist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew (Must).
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Knowledge of HR processes and domains.
• Proven technical experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
