What you will do
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and impact measurement.
- Identify and remediate systemic operational gaps across EOR domains to prevent downstream manual work.
- Implement AI-enabled improvements to operating mechanisms to increase quality, speed, and clarity.
- Drive cross-domain visibility and alignment on initiatives, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Establish and optimize EOR-wide operating mechanisms, including intake routing, SOP patterns, and escalation paths.
- Analyze operational metrics and reporting data to provide clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, program/project management, or operational excellence.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous, multi-stakeholder projects from problem definition through to delivery and adoption.
- Ability to influence outcomes and facilitate alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Experience using AI tools to improve individual workflows and design operational solutions.
- Proficiency with operational reporting tools such as Sigma, Zendesk, and Google Sheets.
- Strong async communication skills and a proactive, high-ownership "manager of one" mindset.
