hirify.global is an AI startup developing an AI-driven mobile app to democratize business insights and revolutionize corporate decision-making.

What you will do

  • Partner with managers to attract and build high-performing teams while fostering employee growth.
  • Lead and refine the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales, Marketing, and Business Impact functions.
  • Strategically plan and execute innovative sourcing to find talent from non-traditional and diverse sources.
  • Consult hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and compensation strategies.
  • Take full ownership of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment effectiveness and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally across both agency and in-house roles.
  • Strong 360 technical recruitment experience specifically within GTM functions.
  • Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders as a talent advisor.
  • Strong English language skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt within a high-growth, high-pace startup environment.
