What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for certified and trainee Pharmacy Technicians.
• Partner with Pharmacy Managers to align on immediate staffing gaps and onboarding targets.
• Build diverse local talent pipelines through relationships with pharmacy schools and vocational programs.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure candidates meet state board of pharmacy regulations.
• Optimize high-volume hiring workflows to reduce time-to-hire and remove candidate friction.
• Leverage AI tools to maximize capacity and streamline administrative recruitment tasks.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity each week at the New Albany facility.
• Experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians or healthcare professionals (highly preferred).
• Proficiency with modern ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with pharmacy technician licensing or healthcare hiring practices.
