What you will do

• Execute the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients.
• Manage high-touch candidate relationships and maintain a strong focus on customer responsiveness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients in both on-site and off-site environments to deliver recruitment excellence.
• Drive overall recruitment process effectiveness to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
• Deep knowledge of candidate sourcing methodologies and assessment techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong experience in client-facing activities and relationship management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
