What you will do

• Support vendor onboarding, including due diligence (VDD) reviews, documentation, and compliance checks for internal audits.
• Manage daily procurement operations for indirect categories such as professional services, marketing, HR, and legal.
• Oversee the vendor lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ processes, selection, assessment, and performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations with vendors regarding pricing, quantity, delivery plans, and SLAs, managing the contract signing process.
• Contribute to process optimization to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance in procurement.
• Perform data analysis, invoice validation, and tracking of procurement documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in indirect procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
• Must be based in Asia.

• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or consulting firms.
