Partner Procurement Specialist

Location: Remote-first, with no mandatory office days. The role supports collaboration across global time zones, including APAC and LATAM.

What you will do

• Lead procurement processes for new and existing data and technology partners globally.
• Develop supplier partnerships through performance and service-level assessments.
• Coordinate initial reviews of NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, and other legal documentation with Legal and Data Protection teams.
• Drive commercial negotiations and renewals to optimize pricing, SLAs, and contract terms.
• Manage vendor onboarding and act as the operational bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain a centralized repository of partner legal, compliance, and commercial documents.

Requirements

• Professional experience in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations within a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience with negotiations, cost optimization, and vendor evaluation.
• Strong legal literacy and the ability to interpret service agreements and translate business needs into legal requirements.
• Fluent English at C2 level with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independence, ownership, proactiveness, and strong attention to detail across parallel workflows.
• Ability to work with partners across APAC and LATAM time zones.

Nice to have

• Procurement or vendor coordination experience in Fintech, RegTech, or identity verification.
• Experience evaluating and onboarding external infrastructure, software, or data providers from the buyer’s side.
• Experience working with data partners.
• Spanish fluency.
