What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional improvement projects across manufacturing and operations.
• Manage key stakeholders to align priorities and ensure commitment from operational to senior leadership levels.
• Define project roadmaps, identify dependencies, and translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans.
• Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
• Evaluate business cases, quantify financial benefits, and manage project resources and budgets.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience managing cross-departmental projects in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Extensive experience with project management methodologies and risk analysis.
• Experience deploying complex enterprise transformation projects, preferably with SAP.
• Strong background in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech environments.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management (Prince2 or PMBOK).
• Experience with Agile practices and mindset.
