What you will do

• Manage cross-functional projects for complex capital equipment delivery from sales order to finished state.
• Collaborate with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners to set up production lines and manage supply chain activities.
• Coordinate phased material releases and manage timelines for Engineered-to-Order (ETO) builds.
• Review customer specifications and tool configurations, identifying gaps at project kick-off.
• Facilitate in-house and virtual customer source inspections and ensure all action items are closed prior to shipment.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, documentation, and compliance for capital equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across hardware, software, materials, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing schedules and resources.
• Strong leadership through influence for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
