What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of IT/OT infrastructure for a new multipurpose pharmaceutical production facility.
• Manage delivery of network connectivity, on-site data centers, and SAP ERP extensions.
• Oversee implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic Batch Record (eBR) deliverables.
• Define and manage IT/OT integration strategy across engineering, automation, and IT teams.
• Ensure GxP-compliant delivery, including documentation, validation, and audit readiness.
• Implement cybersecurity controls to protect digital and OT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience, specifically with large-scale production site projects.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with site network deployment, data centers, firewalls, and OT/IT cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, QA, and construction.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with smart factory, Industry 4.0, or IoT/edge computing.
• Background in pharma, biotech, or validated process industries.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance or automated quality systems.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
