What you will do

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive improvements in yield, productivity, cycle time, and equipment performance.
• Investigate process deviations and quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Lead engineering projects, process qualifications, and new technology introductions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, technology-driven manufacturing setting.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• Relevant working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, or DOE methodologies.
