What you will do
- Support end-to-end credit operations including loan disbursements and repayment monitoring.
- Monitor portfolio health and manage customers at risk of delinquency or default.
- Resolve credit-related issues with customers and external partners via Intercom.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on credit operations needs.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize daily operational tasks.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve overall operational performance.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit or lending operations within a fintech, bank, or financial services company.
- Valid work permit for Spain, Poland, Cyprus, Netherlands, Portugal, or the Balkans Area.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to working with numbers.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience dealing with high volumes of customer queries.
- Background in recoveries or overdue management.
- Experience working with AI Agents.
