What you will do

• Lead post-sales technical discovery and implementation conversations to define the integration path for merchants.
• Own the technical onboarding experience from kickoff to go-live, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and API specifications.
• Develop a library of reusable integration assets, templates, and onboarding playbooks.
• Resolve complex post-onboarding technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute pre-launch QA, including sandbox testing and end-to-end validation of integration flows.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Specialist.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex technical integrations from scoping to go-live.
• Ability to translate complex architecture and technical concepts for both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting RESTful API integrations.
• Solid understanding of how JavaScript, HTML, and CSS interact within production environments.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing and debugging tools.
• Experience configuring back-office OMS or ERP systems like Netsuite.
• Practical understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce.
