Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Draft and manage legal documents, commercial contracts, and corporate agreements.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations and integrate technology tools.
• Ensure compliance across commercial and corporate activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive overall legal department efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Must be able to work on-site in Austin, New York, Palo Alto, or Washington, D.C.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-first mindset.
