What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, including both existing customers and new logos.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive ARR growth and product adoption.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build meaningful executive relationships.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to deliver exceptional customer value and solve business problems.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage pipelines with high operational efficiency.
  • Lead impactful conversations with stakeholders ranging from practitioners to C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Northeast US to align with regional territory requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and high-value accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Expertise in negotiation, closing, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
