What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, including both existing customers and new logos.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive ARR growth and product adoption.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build meaningful executive relationships.
- Leverage internal and external resources to deliver exceptional customer value and solve business problems.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage pipelines with high operational efficiency.
- Lead impactful conversations with stakeholders ranging from practitioners to C-level executives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Northeast US to align with regional territory requirements.
- Proven experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and high-value accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
- Expertise in negotiation, closing, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
