What you will do

• Lead multiple Flutter teams and team leads.
• Own mobile engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery processes.
• Drive release management, CI/CD, and operational excellence.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and testing strategies.
• Monitor mobile app health, reliability, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to scale the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or relocate to Valencia, Spain.
• Proven experience managing 3+ engineering teams and multiple team leads.
• Strong expertise in the mobile ecosystem, Flutter, and iOS/Android specifics.
• Experience with App Store/Google Play release and compliance processes.
• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, and testing pyramids.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and manage CI/CD pipelines.
