What you will do

• Guide and mentor a team of 4-8 software engineers, fostering career growth and high performance.
• Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with product and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Solve complex technical problems and create actionable execution plans.
• Act as a core contributor and code reviewer, leading design decisions and participating in on-call rotations.
• Align technical decisions with broader business goals and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Seasoned software engineering experience building developer tools, running databases, and maintaining infrastructure.
• Proven leadership ability to manage team dynamics and set goals.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple software engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and upper management.
• Demonstrated ability to use and refine output from AI coding tools in daily workflows.
