What you will do

• Build, lead, and grow an engineering team through hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Align the team’s technical vision and strategy with company goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality, user-focused solutions.
• Champion agile practices, code reviews, automated testing, and engineering excellence.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and team effectiveness.
• Partner with staff engineers to make sound, timely technical decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in product- and technology-driven environments.
• Strong technical foundation and deep understanding of software development practices and technologies.
• Experience contributing to architectural discussions and making effective technical trade-offs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of driving technical initiatives, solving complex challenges, and enabling efficient, high-quality delivery.
