What you will do

• Define and drive multi-year technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage technology budgets, FinOps, TCO, and unit economics to drive efficiency.
• Govern target architectures including cloud-native, event-driven microservices, and zero-trust principles.
• Embed AI-augmented development, such as code assistance and test generation, into the technology and product approach.
• Scale engineering standards across DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability practices.
• Lead a high-performing, cross-border technology organization and manage strategic vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams at scale.
• Ownership of enterprise technology strategy, preferably in financial or security tech environments.
• Deep knowledge of modern architectures (APIs, microservices) and cloud-native operations.
• Strong communication skills to influence board and regulatory levels.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Sant Joan Despí, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business-to-Government (B2G) environments or highly regulated industries.
• Experience scaling organizations through growth or M&A contexts.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
