What you will do

• Take full autonomy over critical cross-functional projects from hypothesis testing to go-to-market strategy.
• Translate high-level business visions into actionable technical roadmaps and coordinate across multiple domain teams.
• Align system design decisions with measurable growth and revenue KPIs.
• Optimize product discovery and delivery processes to maintain high velocity as the organization grows.
• Make executive-level calls in technical meetings to resolve bottlenecks by balancing technical feasibility with product desirability.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, Engineering Leadership, or as a Technical Founder.
• Professional mastery of system design and modern tech stacks (CS degree or equivalent).
• Proven track record of driving products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders across departments.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.

• Prior experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to leverage complex data models.
