What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered marketing technology and B2B SaaS engagement solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to development and launch.
• Translate market trends and data insights into actionable roadmaps and detailed product requirements.
• Lead product discovery efforts, including user research and validation of AI-driven use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable and impactful product experiences.
• Define and analyze success metrics to optimize product performance and user engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience working with AI model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives end-to-end.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
