What you will do
- Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of products within the AI audit toolbox.
- Conduct weekly customer interviews to validate solutions and uncover pain points.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and v0.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design throughout the full build cycle.
- Translate AI capabilities and probabilistic system limits into strategic product decisions.
- Create structured documentation and high-quality PRDs to guide development.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a product management role.
- Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS products used by paying customers.
- AI-native workflow: daily usage of LLMs, agents, and AI tooling.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features and managing challenges like hallucinations and latency.
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, high-speed early-stage startup environments.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a founder or shipping significant AI side projects.
- Technical ability to read code, run scripts, or perform prompt fine-tuning.
- Domain expertise in audit, compliance, or legal professional services.
