Location: Must be based in Germany (Remote by default, with occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision for AI agent solutions.
• Translate customer needs into scalable product strategies and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and leadership to build high-impact features.
• Conduct product discovery to distill ambiguity into actionable direction.
• Take full ownership of product delivery without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in product management, ideally with complex technical platforms.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, including LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Understanding of the technical stack, including hardware, models, and application architecture.
• Experience in AdTech, media, or advertising ecosystems.
• High agency and ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.
