Requirements

• Based in Miami
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university
• Minimum 7 years total experience, including 5+ years in high-growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, or private equity
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional fluency in English
