What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
• Manage commercial programs, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure efficient execution.
• Own and evolve wholesale forecasting processes to improve accuracy and identify risks.
• Develop reporting frameworks and executive-level reviews for retailer performance and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate complex contract negotiations and retailer onboarding with Legal and Finance teams.
• Implement AI, automation, and data tooling to enhance operational workflows and decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting within high-growth consumer, tech, or retail organizations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, operational planning, and KPI development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Sigma.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston, MA.
