TL;DR
Senior CRM Executive (Braze): Managing and executing multi-channel lifecycle and promotional campaigns via Braze with an accent on personalization, segmentation, and automated customer journeys. Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be able to work from the HQ in Leicestershire or the London (Holborn) office. Fully remote work is not available.

What you will do
- Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app using Braze, including complex canvas builds.
- Lead re-engagement and win-back programs for members approaching renewal, owning copy, structure, and testing.
- Develop and maintain email templates from scratch, managing both structural build and copywriting.
- Apply advanced segmentation, tagging, and personalization to ensure dynamic content renders correctly across segments.
- Coordinate with Product, Member Operations, and Legal teams to ensure business and compliance requirements are met.
- Execute end-to-end QA testing for logic-heavy workflows and translate performance data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Background in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably within digital, subscription, or consumer-facing environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with Braze, specifically building complex canvases and multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to build email templates and copywriting from the ground up independently.
- Practical knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics.
- Must be based in the UK to support hybrid office attendance in London or Leicestershire.
