Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do
- Own end-to-end operational execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and SMS.
- Perform segmentation and prioritization of target audiences to drive product engagement.
- Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Creative, Product, Data/Analytics, Technology, and Compliance/Legal teams.
- Lead recurring campaign operations meetings and communicate progress and blockers.
- Develop standard operating procedures and templates to improve consistency and throughput.
- Manage campaign budgets, including forecasting and tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent marketing experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience executing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship provided.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM/automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Workfront.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, suppression, and personalization concepts.
- Experience managing creative agencies, research, or analytics partners.
