Location: Must be based in the US and reside near a company Hub (e.g., Stamford, CT) for regular in-person engagement.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end operational execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and SMS.
  • Perform segmentation and prioritization of target audiences to drive product engagement.
  • Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Creative, Product, Data/Analytics, Technology, and Compliance/Legal teams.
  • Lead recurring campaign operations meetings and communicate progress and blockers.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and templates to improve consistency and throughput.
  • Manage campaign budgets, including forecasting and tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent marketing experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience executing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship provided.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM/automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, suppression, and personalization concepts.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, research, or analytics partners.
